Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to the United States, Canada and Australia. Standard shipping is free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery time varies by destination, carrier and customs, and the estimate shown at checkout is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Are duties or taxes included?
Taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Depending on the destination and order, local customs duties or import charges may apply.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, we’ll email it after the order has been processed by the carrier. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email shopthrowvia@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Does SplashBack need batteries?
No. It is a mechanical water-ring game operated with the buttons.
Can I choose a design?
Yes. Select Graffiti Mix, Dino Splash, Ocean Fish or Underwater Party on the product page before adding it to your cart.
How do the packs work?
Add any two designs to save $5 automatically, or any three designs to save $10 automatically. No discount code is required.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly at shopthrowvia@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
How do I request a return?
Contact us before sending anything back. Return instructions and the correct return address depend on the order and destination.
